Overview of our Firm

Making clients dreams come true is our mission! Since 1985 Anderson &
Associates has specialized in residential and restuarant architectural design
as well as commercial projects in Southern California. From small to large
remodels and additions to full custom residence, our goal is to match the
clients desire to the reality of the design no matter what the scope of the
project.

Research with the governing agency having jurisdiction over your
property to explore the limits of your project

Design documents placing your dreams on paper and establish
the style, look, and feel, outline specific spaces, and assign
appropriate square footage to these spaces.

Design development plans: we produce the necessary technical
drawings and specifications to accomplish your desires

Construction documents - where we explain to a contractor in
adequate detail what work needs to be done.

Construction Management -participating in the construction
process in the bidding and site inspections, so you don’t have to
worry about a design that looks great on paper, but is ruined in the
execution
